Track your Canadian and US dividend portfolio with this automated and easy to use spreadsheet that outputs in Canadian Dollars. This sheet will keep track of:
- Total annual dividend income as well as average daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly income.
- Total portfolio value in both USD and CAD including any CAD or USD cash you indicate that you're holding.
- Dividend increases or cuts for each of your holdings.
- Sector/industry allocation charts for your portfolio as well as income.
- Income and portfolio allocation weighting for each of your holdings.
- Upcoming pay dates displayed in order by date.
- Basic stock information (market price, yesterdays market price, % change in market price, EPS, P/E, D/E, etc.)
- Dividend compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) for each holding as well as weighted for your portfolio for 1, 3, 5, and 10 years out.
- Estimated year over year annual income for the next 25 years based on your weighted portfolio yield, CAGR, and other editable variables.
